Website design questions, answered.

Before you plan a new website or redesign, understand what the project involves. These answers explain how Krisper approaches scope, content and connections.

What does a Krisper website project include?

A project can include page planning, creative direction, website design and development, mobile testing, and an enquiry path connected to the agreed inbox or CRM. The pages, content, motion and integrations are agreed for each project before the build starts.

How much does a website or redesign cost?

Krisper quotes each project after reviewing its scope. Page count, existing content, custom motion and integrations affect the price. Send your current website and the problem you want to solve so we can define the work and provide a written quote.

How long does a website redesign take?

The timeline is agreed with the project scope. It depends on the pages, content readiness, visual direction, integrations and review stages. We establish the plan before building rather than publishing a fixed turnaround for every project.

Can a redesign keep my existing domain and content?

An existing domain and useful content can be part of the redesign plan. We review the current site and domain setup, decide which pages to retain, and plan redirects for changed URLs. Keeping a domain does not guarantee that search rankings will stay the same.

Can Krisper connect a website to booking, a CRM or AI reception?

Booking, CRM connections and AI reception can be scoped separately when they fit your business. We first agree on the provider, access and customer journey, then test the agreed connection. These services are not automatically included in every website project.

Does every Krisper website need 3D or cinematic motion?

No. A clear service website may be the right fit. We use motion when it explains a process or helps customers understand a detail. Important information should remain readable for visitors who prefer reduced motion or cannot use the animated experience.

Where is Krisper based and who does it work with?

Krisper is based in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. We design and redesign websites for local service businesses across Canada and the United States. Consultations and project delivery take place online; we do not offer in-person appointments.

What should I send to start a website project?

Send your current website if you have one, your main services, the problem you want to solve, and the action you want visitors to take. Existing photos, footage and common customer questions are useful starting material. Email admin@krisper.ai to begin.
